did you know Bill Cosby owns a BMW 2002tii? (in addition to his various Ferrari's, including a 288 GTO, F40, and Mercedes 300SL)
though, in the article he doesn't talk about his 2002 but does talk about fast fun in a borrowed Ferrari and a Rover he owned (the car, not the SUV) sporting an appropriate lemon-yellow paint job. read the article !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Anyone who knew about the Shelby Cobra Super Snake story ("200mph") had reason to suspect that.

Twin supercharged 427 Cobras. Two were ever built. One was for Carol Shelby himself, the other? Bill Cosby. He did a routine about it:

and looks like we missed the chance to buy one of his Ferrari's earlier this year in May. it apparently sold for $47k, seems like a good deal to me for a classic Italian V12...

true. but many people (me too) often only think of him as the warm, good advice-giving, sweater-wearing character he played on TV, not the 4-wheeled aficionado he truly is.
i can't believe i haven't heard his "200 mph" bit (though i enjoy his "natural birth" story with Ferrari cameo). now i know what i'm listening to while i work this morning...

hah, nice.
according to the article, the Rover he owned is most likely responsible for sending him to the Ford side...

That's one of the funniest stand-up bits I've ever heard. That earns him a spot in the Jalop Hall of Fame (if there is such a thing).
